Shipping and Handling Information

We ship all orders within 1 business day, typically the same business day. While we primarily use US Postal Service (USPS.com) for most domestic orders which offers about 3-4 business days delivery time but if you are near MN then your item will arrive sooner. Since we are located in the middle of the US typically we can ship anywhere in the contentment USA in about 3-4 business days. UPS and FedEx Service may also be used in certain situations when applicable such as heavy packages, etc. Shipping exceptions will be specified on the items page under 'Availability' if the item is on backorder or will take longer to deliver than 3 business days.

What is BASTENS privacy policy?

BASTENS.com will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to anyone. What is the refund policy at BASTENS.com?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

LiPo batteries are warrantied against DOA (dead on arriaval), please check and charger the battery immediately upon receiving. This ensures the battery arrived in working condition. Because we cannot ensure prpoer use of LiPo batteries (use of 'low voltage detecive' circuits in your ESC, etc) then we cannot warranty a used batteries. Keep in mind batteries don't just magically go bad. Once a battery is verified on arrival with proper care your battery should last hundreds of cycles and years to come.

What is your shipping policy?

BASTENS.com prides themselves with efficient order processing and timely deliveries. Our policy is to ship all orders placed by noon (central time) the same business day. Otherwise your order will go out the next business. Note that each product page has an 'Availability' notation, please refer to this in case we have back-ordered or delayed items. We typically ship all items via the United States Postal Service with tracking. You will be emailed tracking once the item is shipped.

To calculate your shipping before ordering, add the item to the shopping cart as if you are placing the order, then enter only your zip code in the address field of the order page and click the "apply" button. You will see the shipping, tax and total for your order and can then proceed to order if you wish by filling out the rest of the information including payment method and clicking continue at the bottom of page.

What is your warranty policy?

Your BASTENS product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when new. Please return products to the dealer where the purchase was made. If your BASTENS product purchase was made through a dealer, any warranty issues must be taken care of by that retailer. From that point on, the retailer will contact us if they find your claim to be valid.

BASTENS have the final say in the determination of all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, users' failure to perform routine maintenance, error of assembly or installation, modification, and compatibility with other aftermarket brands. Any modification to BASTENS product parts will void the warranty. If the product does not appear as if it will assemble correctly, please [click here to email us]. This warranty lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product and is not transferable (verified by dated itemized sales receipt accompanied with product).

In the event of a defect under this warranty, BASTENS will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, provided our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. BASTENS reserves the right to replace any product which is no longer available with a product of comparable value and function. If BASTENS determines the repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, there could be a charge applied for the repair and return shipping charges.

Note: Purchasing products from unauthorized distributors may void warranty and prevent support and service.
